Well my son is 24yrs old and is diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. He has lived with my ex-husband for the since he turned 10 yrs old the majority of the time, My ex is an excellent father. The diagnosis did not come until he turned 18 yrs. old. He has lives with me at times for months to maybe 18months at a time. But he always preferred to live with his father until now. I pray consistently. You see I am unfamiliar with this disease I have researched the illness but I am spiritually bankrupt and it is getting harder and harder. I lost my mother a few years agp and this season has really gotten to me this year. thank you again for listenin.
